At VelociTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. **30-Day Return Policy** You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. **Refund Process** - Contact us at support@velocitech.store within 30 days of delivery - Include your order number and reason for return - We will provide a return shipping label (buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective) - Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item - Refunds are issued to your original payment method **Non-Returnable Items** - Items used, damaged, or missing original packaging - Items returned after 30 days **Defective Products** If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. **Warranty** All VelociTech products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
