Tires & Brakes 6 months — wear parts, normal use only

What's NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, grips)
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn't affect function
  • Water damage from submersion (splash-proof riding in rain IS covered for IP-rated models)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@velocitech.store with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or video showing the defect.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a resolution: repair instructions, replacement part shipment, or full unit replacement.
  4. Warranty repairs are free — we cover parts and standard shipping for replacement components.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

We ship replacement parts at no cost via standard shipping (7-15 business days). If the entire unit needs to be returned, we provide a prepaid return label for verified warranty defects.

Registration

No registration required. Your warranty is automatically active from the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
